Chia Pudding
This can be made over night for breakfast or any time for a snack.
Prep: 5 mins
Set: Overnight
Hardware: bowl, pestle and mortar, fridge
Ingredients
- 4 tbs - Chia Seeds
- 1 cup - Whole Milk
- 1 - Banana
- 0.25 tsp - Vanilla extract
Steps
1. Grind chia seas into a coarse power, just enough to break open
2. Mash up banana until its a soft paste
3. Mix chia seeds, banana, milk and vanilla until even
4. Place mixing bowl into refrigerator, let sit over night
When done it should be nearly gelatinous.
