PLEASE STOP MAKING NEWS AGGREGATORS!!!!

I am not sure what is going on these last two weeks but all of my smolweb and fediverse hangouts seem to be filling up with news aggregators. People reposting from the sites and services they signed up for. They are creating noise in places that used to not have the garbage the rest of the web had. I'm not sure why they are showing up, smolweb and fediverse don't have the monetization the normal web has. Theses places don't have the karma or following cred either.

I'm not sure why these people want to create all this fodder but for all of us who recently had to create filters on services like Antenna...PLEASE STOP MAKING NEWS AGGREGATORS!!!
