• Japanese translations

• Set default locale when using ALHENA_LOCALE environment variable

• Restrict partial line streaming to text and quote lines

• Increase Gopher 0 line length to force wrapping
• Restore line wrap for Nex/Gopher when restoring state

Special thanks to @balloon and @knshow for providing the Japanese translation file. This effort uncovered some missing strings and a bug in setting the default locale when testing from a different locale.

Hopefully, this will inspire more translations.
