[#151] Rearrange links

Move global links to the top of the page - Link to all subspaces, and the link to the user dashboard. And move 'new post' link to under 'Posts' heading. Also I'd suggest combining new post and new draft to a single link, and put a link to save the new post as a draft within the post creation page.
