I thought it was just wrist pain, but it seems I might have strained a tendon. Even the joints in my middle, ring, and pinky fingers are hurting. It’s painful enough that I’m actually considering switching to a lighter smartphone.
Due to the nature of my job, I have to use my hands no matter what, so I think it’s going to take a while to fully recover.
...But even so, I'm in the middle of my two-day break and just got too bored, so I ended up coming back here anyway, lol.

Things you can take to ease the pain in the joints: foods that contain omega-3s (fish oil for example), or curcuma which is really good for inflammation.

Improving things through my diet! That's a great idea. I’ll look into it and try to find the foods that work best for me. Thank you! <3
