Neocitires and Nekoweb provide APIs. Gemcities don't have that yet. I want it. FTP is ideal, but it's a good idea to provide it to your donors.

Since GemCities can only edit text, I thought this specification would be fine: https://nightfall.city/citizenship/manual.txt
