12 April 2026 Sunday -- cocktail

i was at an event where there were two different
banquet rooms or cafeteria lines. when i got to
the front, i asked about a cocktail (i haven't 
wanted to drink since last summer, in waking life).

the woman serving drinks said, "i can make you one,
for health." i don't know if i asked for this drink
or if she just gave it to me, but she gave me 
something like a mimosa.

somewhere in the dream, i saw an ex who practiced
intentional deception on a regular basis in ways 
that harmed me, when were together many years ago.
he's one i feel embarrassed about having spent so
much time with. (but i remind myself, it's all 
learning.) i can't remember what our interaction
was in the dream.
