mieum wanted to know of smol.pub could handle Hangul (the Korean character set), but I guess they didn't check the gemini and gemtext specs. If they had, they might have seen that gemtext is UTF-8, so of course Hangul is supported. All you need is a font that handles CJK (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) text like the Noto fonts.
