Any good companion protocols for Gemini that isn't cgi/titan?

The Cyber Dreams Video Archive (Gemtube): I think I have the site in a good stable state now. I really wanted to get Titan handling the uploads and video information but it proved to be an exercise in patience that I don't have. For the time being I am going to use https and ffmpeg to process submitted videos. I need ideas about layout, a coherent method of sharing and ideas for getting people to use it. I'm open to lots of thoughts. Not hot on user accounts or anything like that. I want it to be a no frills, Film-Post-Share for video unique to Gemini. Does this idea go against the simple ideals of the protocol? Am I missing a glaring bug/feature? let me know!
