We finally closed on our mortgage refi. The amount of required paperwork is ridiculously. Especially since we're refinancing with the same company that we've had our mortgage with for 15-20 years, and we're not taking any money out. The interest rate is about half. Our month payment went down about a hundred dollars and we eliminated 2 full years of payments. It would have been a crime not to refinance.
